Although you can buy shoes for newborns, skip the shoes. Purchasing nonessentials or more clothing for your newborn than is necessary is money wasted. So, beyond onesies and sleepers and, of course, diapers make only necessary and prudent purchases. Otherwise, you will have unworn newborn clothing when your baby moves onto the next size

I never thought that learning how to customize and design your own sweatshirt or t-shirt would turn out to be a lot easier than I thought. I got really jealous of my friends’ sweatshirt because it is design in ways that are so unique and that I never knew where to buy them. And would you believe that my sweatshirt came three days before our anniversary? I was really amazed that after that, I was ordering and ordering every single week and I grew to love it.

In all of my time baking and going to parties that other people have baked for I’ve seen some very strange cakes. This problem seems to be concentrated with baby showers. Another thing to watch out for is baking a cake that suits the gender of the baby. The gender of the baby is totally irrelevant to the party, so there’s no need for a G.I. Joe or Transformer cake! You might laugh, but I’ve seen it!

So what should you do? Keep it neutral. This is one situation where it’s important that the cake taste really good so spend your time getting recipe right instead of designing a wacky cake. Baby shower cake pans could be a lady bug, a baby carriage, a butterfly, a stork, or anything generic that isn’t weird. Keep it simple and your cake will be a much larger success.
